Coffee gets a thumbs up, sodas thumbs down
A recent study showed that women who consumed high amounts of coffee actually had lower levels of long-term blood pressure. Consuming large amounts of soda, on the other hand, showed a significant increase in long-term blood pressure. So, feel free to indulge in Starbucks. I think the study only studied black coffee, not mocha lattes, so keep that in mind when placing your order.
